Women, who make up almost half of the population in Turkey, can not find their place in normal life, working life and parliament. The male population plays a more dominant role in the employment of politicians and senior managers, especially in political life. The Turkish Revolution, which started at the time of Ataturk, changed universal standards of women's rights. However, the place of women in society is not directly proportional to the population in today's Turkey In this study, inequality between genders emerged in Turkey and the reasons for missing representations in women's working life and political life in Turkey were emphasized and solution proposals were introduced.
