Through an analysis based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the study identifies key challenges faced by companies in integrating ICT and highlights opportunities presented by government initiatives such as the "Digital Morocco Plan 2020." The findings indicate that the acceptance and increased use of ICT are essential for fostering innovation and enhancing the performance of Moroccan businesses, thereby contributing to sustainable economic growth.
