THE IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE ON EMPLOYEES’ ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT LEVELS: A STUDY IN KONYA

Abstract

Organizational commitment has been particularly emphasized by managers due to it’s importance of being affecting the future of organizations. This commitment ensuring the concept of organizational justice, more accurately the employee’s level of perception that justice, is gaining importance. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. For this aim the survey applied to 137 employees from 10 enterprises operating in the 3rd Organized Industrial Zone in Konya. SPSS 15.0 was used to analyze the results. According to results, organizational justice is positively related with organizational commitment and it’s sub-dimensions.
