The impact of rules international law in the first instance economic justice

Abstract
The article investigates the economic judicial proceedings in the first instance the impact of rules inter- national law, which are enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights. It is emphasized that the important factors of economic justice is the introduction of e-justice, institute mediation of trial in videoconference and pretrial settlement of commercial disputes.
