The impact of transformational leadership on the development of leadership in Ukraine

Abstract
The article contains a meaningful analysis of the impact of transformational leadership on the development of the leadership institution in Ukraine. The specifics of modern leadership models, in particular, transformational and emotional leadership at the present stage, focuses on the ethical responsibility of the leader and justifies the importance of understanding values by officials of local self-government, creating conditions for their optimal implementation.
