The Imperative of Security Modernization in Terms of Postmodern Rhetoric: Classification and Evaluation Criteria

Abstract
The article analyzes the main criterial constructs of security imperatives in the epoch of globalization changes, including the mental representation of the coordinates of human cosmism and human centeredness. It proves that spiritual security should be considered within the meaningful instructions of wisdom, which makes legal culture possible in the context of innovative legislative space. It is stated that the model approach in the studies of mental representation characterizes the social image of the world and determines the sensory-mental acts of human consciousness. It is the postmodern rhetoric that determines non-linear social processes that contribute to the development and intensification of international relations. It finds out that the essential level of the partner type in the classification model of international relations characterizes the existence of effective constants of parity (equality, tolerance, mutual respect of the subjects of relations). The article offers the conceptual analysis of preventive measures in the information security system for the manifestation of phenomenal receptions of wisdom. It proves that wisdom, as a noble model of modern rhetoric in academic discourse, chooses the creative horizons of love for real things as a breakthrough into the future.
