THE IMPORTANCE OF HARDINESS IN EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF A STUDENT

Abstract
The article presents the results of studying the impact of students' hardiness on the effectiveness of educational and professional activities. Differences in the level of hardiness of students with different academic performance are revealed. Psychological techniques are proposed to form the hardiness of students with a low level of components of hardiness.
