VALUES OF MORALITY AND LAW IN RUSSIA

Abstract
The relationship of morality and law in Russian society is considered. It is shown that the desire to formalize the legal constitutional relations of Russian society leads to individualization. In Russia, formal law is not sufficiently perceived, since the historical dominance of moral values already implies a legal aspect. It is concluded that in modern society, the legal and spiritual personality cannot be completely autonomous, since they presuppose traditional dialectical dependence on society.
