THE IMPORTANCE OF TEACHERS' COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE FOR ACHIEVING SUCCESS IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
This scientific article explores the role of the communicative competence of university teachers in the context of the effectiveness of the educational process. It is explained that communicative competence is a set of skills and qualities that allow a teacher to communicate effectively with students, create a favorable educational environment and provide high-quality knowledge. The article discusses various aspects of the communicative competence of teachers, including the ability to communicate effectively, listen and understand the needs of students, adapt to different styles of learning and interaction. Particular attention is also paid to the ability of teachers to emotionally support and motivate students, thereby creating favorable conditions for their active participation in the educational process
