THE IMPROVEMENT OF INCOME FORMATION OF LOCAL BUDGET ON THE EXAMPLE OF MYKOLAIV

Abstract
The article is devoted to formation of ways to expand the income part of local budget on the example of Mykolaiv. The structure of incomes of local budget, the share of tax earnings, besides local taxes, official transfers in incomes of the town for 2014-2016 years were analyzed. Such perspective directions of incomes increasing of the local budget were considered: intensification of entrepreneurial initiatives; cooperation between universities, authorities and public organizations; local authorities of different cities and countries; the formation of the tourism potential of the town, improving of existing local taxes.
