THE IMPROVEMENT OF INFORMATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE AS A PREREQUISITE FOR THE FORMATION OF THE KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY IN UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF WORLD EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The necessity and advantages of a greater use of information and communication technologies in the knowledge field are proved. The proposals for the creation of National Innovation Network and other information systems are formulated for the purpose of science and innovation support. The international aspect of this information infrastructure functioning and improvement is explained as a prerequisite for the knowledge economy development.
