Abstract
Retrospections analyzes the influence of the Poles, Ukrainians, Germans, Czechs on the formation of Jewish schooling in Volyn in the end of the XVIII th – the first half of the XIX century. The essence of the most important principles of education and upbringing inherent in the Jewish school of this period. The land of Volyn of the end of the XIX – early XX centuries – a vivid example of contamination of many national cultures, in particular Poles, Ukrainians, Germans, Czechs, who were forced to withstand the powerful assimilative policy of the Russian tsarist government
