THE INFLUENCE OF PERSONNEL POLITICS ON THE INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF IRON ORE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article focuses on the influence of the personnel factor on the level of innovation potential of enterprises in the iron ore industry of Ukraine. The essence and components of the innovative potential of the iron ore company are considered, the essence and influence on its effective level of the staffing component are researched, as well as the experience of such work in the branch leader, namely PJSC “Arcelor Mittal Kryviy Rih” is presented. On the basis of the conducted researches it is proved necessary to carry out measures on optimization of personnel policy and innovative potential of iron ore enterprise.
