THE INFLUENCE OF PRICING ON INVESTMENT ACTIVITY IN THE AREA OF CONTROLLING OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC METHODS

Abstract
In article considered the influence of pricing on investment activity in the area of controlling organizational and economic methods. In each motor transport enterprise, the scheme of formation capital investment budget is special, but overall approaches are common. It is appropriate to distribute capital investment budget measures in accordance with the existing classification used in the accounting of motor transport companies according to the approved accounting policy. Management of such investment measures should be carried out with a clear understanding of the sequence and objectives. From the point of view of controlling organizational and economic methods for an enterprise that carrying out transportation of passengers in the city of Kyiv at regulated tariffs, it is necessary to improve the methodological approaches to tariff setting and to determine the value of the investment program.
