The influence of substrate temperature on properties of Cu-Al-O films deposited using the reactive ion beam sputtering method
Journal Title: Semiconductor Physics, Quantum Electronics and Optoelectronics - Year 2017, Vol 20, Issue 3
Abstract
For the first time, Cu-Al-O films were grown using the reactive ion beam sputtering at temperatures ranging from 80 to 380 °C in 50 °C increments. Correlations between the properties of as-grown films measured by X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and optical transmission measurements have been discussed. It was shown that the increase of substrate temperature caused formation of the CuAlO2 phase. Additional optimization of technological parameters of growth and post-growth temperature annealing are necessary to obtain single-phase CuAlO2 films.

Features of mechanical scanning probe lithography on graphene oxide and As(Ge)Se chalcogenide resist
ombined mechanical scanning probe lithography (SPL) approach applied for the direct mask-less modification of graphene oxide (GO) flakes and the mask patterns engraving in layers of chalcogenide resist with a nanometer s...
Modeling of X-ray rocking curves for layers after two-stage ion-implantation
In this work, we consider the approach for simulation of X-ray rocking curves inherent to InSb(111) crystals implanted with Be+ ions with various energies and doses. The method is based on the semi-kinematical theory of...
Dependence of the anisotropy parameter of drag thermo-emf on the impurity concentration in the n-type germanium and silicon crystals
Features of the concentration dependences of the anisotropy parameter of thermo-emf of electron-phonon drag M in germanium and silicon crystals of n-type conductivity were found in a wide range of charge carrier concentr...
Physical mechanisms providing formation of ohmic contacts metal-semiconductor. Review
This review is devoted to presentation and analysis of physical mechanisms of ohmic contacts formation in semiconductors. In addition to the classical mechanisms known for decades, new mechanisms for current flow in ohmi...
Resonance phenomena in one-dimensional grating-based structures
Enhanced optical transmission through metallic 1-D grating-based structures has been studied using the rigorous coupled wave analysis. The results have shown that optical transmission is determined by waveguide propertie...
