THE INFLUENCE OF THE MODERN CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC DESTABILIZATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE REGIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
This article deals with the influence of modern conditions of economic destabilization on development of social infrastructure of the regions. It was established that conduct of anti-terrorist operation on the east of Ukraine and annexation of Crimean peninsula caused destabilization of economic situation in the country. The performed analysis proved that because of destruction of social infrastructure and caused material damages in Donetsk and Luhansk regions and at the result of annexation of Crimean peninsula not only economic, but also social and ecological state deteriorated materially. It was proved that modern conditions of economic destabilization are more adverse event than economic crisis, as it comes laden with aggravation of social and economic problems and tension of political system. Modern economic destabilization is manifested not only in negative influence on development of social infrastructure, decrease of business activity in regions of Ukraine, deterioration of the level of energetic safety, investment attractiveness of the country and its regions, increase of financial burden of social funds and budget of the country, and also in the losses of Ukraine caused by annexation of Crimea is equal to 1 trillion 200 billions hryvnas according to estimations of experts.
