The Innovative Approach to Security Management of the Regional Society

Abstract
The article described the contents and characteristics of the concept of security. The basic principles and innovative and creative approach to the organization of safe operation and effective development of the regional community, as represented in the works of S. Markov, N. Rybalkin. In particular, the article describes the essence and characteristics of the new security concept (M. Leskov, A. Belkov), which should display a dynamic picture of the world, objects and subjects of security. The basis for the security of the region should be based on a high level of competence of the population and structural principles, forms, ways of organizing life. It is argued the use of a creative approach to safety management of the regional society, the determinant of which is innovative, creative thinking of the individual using the mental mapping (K. Lynch, N. Veselkova). It describes the main principles, types and the possibility of using mental maps in strategic management of regional development (N. Barbash, Y. Kryuchkov), in particular to address issues of branding, security management, operation and development of, and implement an active changes in the spatial structure of the region.
