The institution of higher education, as an object of synergy and dialectics in the process of reform: domestic and foreign experience

Abstract
The article investigates the factors that ensure the success of reforms as a general higher school, and its components - institutions of higher education. The experience of Poland is taken into consideration, wich organization and problems of the higher school development are similar to Ukrainian ones.
