The institutional providing of foreign policy of Poland

Abstract

The skilfully planned and successfully organized foreign policy realized by a collaboration with other states and international organizations is the important factor of progressive development of any of the states, by the mortgage of strengthening of sovereignty and national identity, defense of national interests and values, providing of safety. It is not an exception from a general rule and Poland: due to fruitful, up to the mark to the organized collaboration with the participants of world concord, governmental Warsaw succeeded to attain the high level of development in the different spheres of state development, to become firmly established as an influential subject of international mutual relations, purchase leadership in the region of Centrally-East Europe. Capacity of Poland for effective implementation of set foreign policy tasks, except the presence of corresponding normativelylegal soil, also considerably predefined by development of the adequate institutional providing and mechanism of realization. The presence of effective institutes, functioning in the conditions of internal stability and consolidation of leading political forces that certify legitimity of their activity, and optimal network of diplomatic representative offices, in combination with application of the mechanisms of realization of foreign policy balanced and clearly coordinated, thus, appeared the mortgage of successful implementation of her key tasks. Such, from position of official Warsaw: firstly, providing of reliable external national safe, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state conducts; secondly, strengthening of authority of the state in the international arena; thirdly, use of international realities for successful realization of home policy aims and tasks; fourthly, forming of the effective system of defence of rights for the Polish citizens by a foreign country.
