Journal Title: Health Science and Management - Year 2024, Vol 3, Issue 3
Abstract
Background/purpose The disabled sports cause is an integral part of the national fitness strategy. Given the scarcity of disabled sports resources, it is essential to allocate them rationally and effectively. At present, there are imbalances and inadequacies in the development of the disabled mass sports cause within the national fitness plan in China. This study aims to deeply analyze the dilemma of disabled sports resource allocation and propose resolution strategies to promote its integration into the national strategy. Methods Utilize relevant data from the “Research Report on the Cause of the Disabled in China (2022)” and “The Development and Rights Protection of the Disabled Sports Cause in China” in combination with field research. Results: It is found that at the current stage, the main problems in disabled sports resource allocation are resource mismatch and misallocation. Conclusion It is expected that the disabled sports cause can be fully integrated into the national fitness strategy and develop well. Suggests Guided by the spirit of the “14th Five-Year Plan”, with inclusive development as the core, achieve internal suitability and external compatibility, and adopt resolution strategies of “knowable, accessible, reachable, and usable” internally and “public use, shared use, and common use” externally.
