Abstract
The article describes the principles of state development banks activities in foreign countries. The influences of developments banks operations on the national economy are defined. The basic principles for establishment of state development bank of Ukraine, based on the analysis of experience of state development banks functioning in of Germany, Brazil, China, Japan, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
