THE INVESTIGATION OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE COMPOUNDS CONTENT OF CALENDULA OFFISINALIS AND THEIR SEDATIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract
A wide range of calendula pharmacological actions is due to different content classes of biologically active compounds. This factor makes calendula a promising source for the production of new drugs. During the experiments bioflavonoid content in the samples Calendula officinalis was identified. Sedative and anxiolytic effects of infusion of samples colors was investigated. Possibilities of using medicinal plants as sedatives were studied.
