THE ISSUE OF DEFINITION OF ELECTRICAL CONTACT RESISTIVITY IN THE TRIBOCOUPLING OF THE METAL-POLIMER FRICTION PAIRS OF THE BRAKING DEVICES

Abstract

During electrical thermal mechanical frictional interaction of the contact spots of the microprotrusions of the friction pairs of the braking device one of the main operating parameters is the contact resistivity of their surfaces. Contact resistivity has different characteristics due to high thermal conditions, the presence and absence of the films, the hitting of wear products into the contact spots of the microprotrusions and into the gaps between them, the mechanical vibrations of the microprojections of friction pads located on the brake belt. Therefore it is necessary to raise the issue of determining of the transition electric thermal resistivity of the contact interaction of the microprotrusions of friction pairs of braking devices. We’ve consider the following questions: the nature of the electric thermal contact resistivity during frictional interaction of the microprotrusions of the friction pairs; the capacitance of the transition zone of the contact resistivity of the microprojection of friction pairs; feature of the computer modeling of the energyloading of the metal-polymer friction pairs of brakes.
