THE ISSUE OF STANDARD REGULATION OF PUNISHMENT AS SERVICE RESTRICTION FOR THE MILITARY INSTEAD OF RESTRICTION OR DEPRIVATION OF FREEDOM

Abstract
The article deals with highlighting of some aspects of criminal and legal regulation of imposing service restriction punishment for military. In case of applying service restriction for military instead of restriction or deprivation of freedom, the author suggests the protocol for its implementation.
