THE ISSUE OF THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF ABORTION

Abstract

The purpose of this article consists in shaping the way in which, in terms of legal and medical onset, different types of miscarriage can be applied, taking into account the particularities of each of them and related social and environment. It also follows the outline of practice in the field of human rights, in the sense that the European Court has considered in his constant practice that the life of the foetus is intimately connected with the life of the woman who wears it, which means that it cannot be regarded in isolation of the latter.
