ENTREPRENEURIAL CULTURE BETWEEN AMBIGUITIES, DEFINITIONS AND INFLUENCE FACTORS

Abstract

In maintaining and cultivating a desire of continuous entrepreneurial education, great challenges and barriers existed at the beginning of an awareness of how important this phenomenon is, which have, nowadays been eliminated. In developed countries from all continents, besides academic institutions, other powerful private centers of continuous education for entrepreneurs function, true incubators of ideas, knowledge and procedures” for the processing of entrepreneurial culture and spirit. A proper and efficient entrepreneurial culture must „coagulate” in a series of factors that contributes in maintaining good relations, reciprocally advantageous, with informational, cultural and academic environments and with judicial-administrative structures connected to entrepreneurial activities. For this reason, a strong connection between entrepreneurship and economical development is not without grit at a first sight, the force and performance axes of a development built on entrepreneurship must as often and is smooth as possible lubricated so that these could function at a maximum capacity. There are also dark sides of entrepreneurship which, at a final stage, demand this fine lubricant realized with the help of entrepreneurial culture.
