THE ISSUES OF ACTIVATION OF INNOVATIVE PROCESSES IN THE COAL INDUSTRY IN UKRAINE ON THE BASIS OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS

Abstract
Introduction. The use of public and private partnerships is one of the most effective mechanisms to improve the innovative development in the current economic conditions of coal mining enterprises of Ukraine. It is revealed on the basis of analysis of scientific sources that search ways and mechanisms for determining the activation of innovative processes in the domestic coal industry on the basis of public and private partnership remains an urgent problem that needs to improve scientific research. Methods. The following methods are used to achieve this goal: statistical analysis, forecasting methods – autoregression model, an extrapolation of the trend and the average growth rate. Results. Analysis of sales and innovation of coal-mining enterprises of Ukraine is carried out. The coefficients of variation of the volume of investments into the development of the coal industry are intended from the state budget and companies' own funds. Forecast of investment innovative development of the coal industry is developed. Discussion. Directions activation of innovative processes in the coal industry are defined on the basis of public and private partnership. In the future we plan to develop proposals for attracting investment structures to improve the efficiency of innovative activity of domestic coal producers.
