THE ISSUES OF COMPREHENDING THE COURT’S PRACTICE

Abstract
The juridical science has not the single view of defining the issue of the court’s practice as well as the understanding of its role and the meaning for the Ukrainian law system. The definition of the court’s practice as specific term mustn’t contradict to the definition of juridical practice its generic and model notion such as legal and social practice. Judicial practice performs the definite activities of judicial system to develop and consolidate in its sentences the legal norm which is realised on the ground of enforcement experiment.
