The Issues of Improving the Methodology of Subsystem for Economic Monitoring in the Functionally Developed Systems for Strategic Regulation of Regional Structure and Territorial Organization of the Actors of Agrifood Sphere

Abstract
Research of both economic publications by scholars and the experience of projecting and implementation of monitoring function in the systems for strategic regulation of regional structures and territorial organization of the actors of agrifood sphere has led to the concluding that a solution to the problem of improving the methodology of the subsystem for economic monitoring, based on the current requirements towards development of the national economy, is multi-faceted and should include a number of directions for development. This has determined the necessity for a creative approach to the establishment of a methodology for monitoring function, to building schemes for its carrying out at different levels of regulation. Improvement of the methodology for economic monitoring in the establishment and operation of territorial-productive systems in all directions of development sufficiently facilitates the formulation of project decisions on the subsystem for monitoring and increases their efficiency and quality significantly. Elaboration, approval and transfer of methodological materials on monitoring should precede the implementation of project works on other types of subsystem provision. Among the prospects for further research in this area of particular relevance are questions about use of generic methods of creating subsystems for economic monitoring, training of specialists, which will provide systematic control, and a number of other important constituents.
