The joint-stock company corporate control distribution modeling

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the article is to ground and develop the scientific positions and approaches of the joint-stock company corporate control distribution modeling. The process of corporate control formation and distribution in business entity was chosen as the researching object. The article devoted to the organizational and economic provision of business community corporate relations which connected to the corporate control distribution. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analysis and synthesis, game theory, formalization. Findings. The main research finding is developing the theoretical bases of corporate control explanation as a set of forms and methods of the corporate relations participant’s interests representing within the sphere of management decisions making over the formation and distribution of corporate enterprise activity results. The sequence of corporate control distribution modeling in a business community has been received as the result of developed theoretical approaches implementation. The practical value of obtained research results connected to the determining and scientifically grounded estimating of the corporate conflict appearance in the joint-stock company. Also, the article practical value composed of determining the ways and offering the preventive measures for the avoiding the contradictions between the corporate relations participants.
