Current situation and prospects of banking sector's development on domestic market

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the study is to conduct an examination of modern issues and macroeconomic analysis of the domestic banking system basic indicators for the formation of prerequisites for the banks crisis management development. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, concretization, abstraction, the method of historical and logical research. Findings. In the article, was carried out a macroeconomic analysis of the banking sector performance indicators, due to which further recommendations development for the individual entities development of the financial system is possible. The profitability starting points for the banking system over the past 10 years have been established, among which 2008, 2012 and 2013, as all other years were unprofitable for the system. The changes dynamics in term of the residents deposits in national currency was studied with a change in the operating banking institutions number for the period 2008-2017. There was carried out a capitalization critical analysis of the Ukrainian banking system, which reflects a certain positive trend in stabilizing the situation in the current period and reloading the product and strategic policies of banks with a conditionally effective anti-crisis measures that are personified at the micro level of the banking system. Practical value. It is substantiated that modern problems directly concern indicators of the banks main activity, therefore their condition monitoring and relevant conclusions in the operational mode will be effective in making managerial decisions.
