Inter-regional disproporation for the development of social infrastructure in market transformation conditions

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the article is to study the disproportions of the social infrastructure development in a market transformation. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, concretization, abstraction, the method of historical and logical research. Findings. The article proposes the actual problem of disproportions in the development of social infrastructure in the conditions of transformation of the region's economy. The analysis of indicators of development of the system of consumer services of the population of the region by industry was carried out. Practical value. It is determined that social infrastructure is a necessary element of the socio-economic development of the region: on the one hand, it is aimed at providing various social services of non-productive nature of health care, education, services of physical and cultural leisure, and on the other determines the conditions of life and development of the population, which are expressed in the provision of health care, accessible education and education.
