THE JOINT VENTURE`S SYNERGETIC MECHANISM IN GLOBALIZING OF THE WORLD ECONOMY

Abstract
Synergistic nature of the joint venture as a form of coherent connection of components of foreign economic potential of multinational partners to improve the efficiency of their participation in international economic relations at the cost of generating an effect of emergency was disclosed. The role of joint ventures in enhancing the nonlinearity of globalization of the world economy and the formation of new attractive structures of their development nowadays were determined. Reasonable combination of logic and self-organization processes in the evolution of the joint venture as a complex socio-economic system that shows frequent deviations from equilibrium and operates on the principles of non-linearity, openness, dissipativity was grounded. The process of the joint venture’s development in the light of bifurcations theories, attractors and fluctuating influences was considered. A comparative analysis of management models of joint ventures in terms of their available capacity to organize information systems and counter entropy tendencies was done.
