THE LAND MARKET: ARE READY UKRAINE TO HIM AND WHAT CONSEQUENCES OF LIFTING THE MORATORIUM BEARS

Abstract
In the article we tell about possibility of lifting the moratorium on land sales, the consequences which may result from this decision. On the one hand, the ground can be seen as a product that should be sold and bought. However, the other - the economic situation is quite tense and difficult, so whether it is important to introduce a law for every citizen? To date, Ukraine is the only democratic country in the world where land owners are not able to freely dispose of their property. People, whose property is agricultural land, can not sell it during 15 years. The moratorium on sale of agricultural land slows down the formation of a land market. We analyzed and made comparison of some indicators of land markets in European countries. We prospects of creating a land market in Ukraine. We identified possibilities of creating it process now. In articles we formulated conditions in which the possible construction of a land market in Ukraine.
