THE LEGAL ASPECTS OF REFORMING ECONOMIC SECURITY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Economic security is a major constituent elements of national security, reflecting a causal relationship between the economic strength of the country, its military and economic potential national security. Even with proper care of the economic security of the state, inevitably arise the need of improvement, conform to existing and potential economic challenges and threats, as well as self-assertion of state in the world economic system management.
