THE EVOLUTION OF UKRAINIAN ACADEMIC FOLK-INSTRUMENTAL ARTISTIC PERFORMANCE OF THE 20TH-21ST CENTURIES: SOCIOCULTURAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article deals with the definition of the historical conditions of the development of the Ukrainian academic folk-instrumental artistic performance of the 20th-21st centuries. The sociocultural context of its evolution during the stated period is characterized. It is defined that the crucial factor of this art development is the pro-cess of national-cultural revival. The main stages of the Ukrainian academic folk-instrumental artistic performance are analyzed. It is considered to be one of the most efficient forms of domestic art, which presents the Ukrainian music as a unique phe-nomenon and an essential part of the European culture.
