THE LEGAL NATURE OF THE OBJECT OF AN INHERITED LEGAL RELATIONSHIP

Abstract
In the article the author considers the question of the legal nature of object inheritance relationship. Determined by the specificity of the object in the hereditary legal relation- ship and discussion questions which arise in determining the legal nature of object inher- itance. Analyzed the Ukrainian legislation, scientific research, made fundamental insights that have both theoretical and practical importance for the aforesaid question.
