The legal profession in Italy

Abstract

The legal professions have had to adapt over the centuries and especially in the last decades to changes within the society – to recognize new laws and rights while also increasing the number of graduates who choose these professions. Every European state is different – both in terms of how the law is practiced and qualifications for the exam. In this article, I intend to explain how to become a lawyer in Italy.
