Postępowanie uproszczone w Kodeksie postępowania administracyjnego po nowelizacji

Abstract
The article reflects on the issue of summary proceedings introduced into the Administrative Procedure Code by an amendment of April 7, 2017, which entered into force on June 1, 2017. The author presents selected provisions governing summary proceedings and discusses, inter alia, the list of parties to summary proceedings, the use of application forms, consideration of evidence, the scope of the statement of reasons issued along with the decision concluding the proceedings, and the question of whether orders issued in the course of the proceedings may be challenged. The article is intended to point out to the reader both the strengths and weaknesses of the solutions introduced.
