Abstract
Szanowni Państwo, oddajemy wam kolejny, dziewiętnasty już numer czasopisma „Radca Prawny. Zeszyty Naukowe”. Jako Redakcja chcemy, aby nasze publikacje były dla Państwa jednym ze źródeł informacji wykorzystywanych nie tylko w wykonywaniu zawodu przez radców prawnych, lecz także do prowadzenia prac naukowych. Z tego powodu staramy się, aby publikowane artykuły dotyczyły zarówno spraw praktycznych, jak i nauki. Obecny numer składa się z pięciu artykułów naukowych w języku polskim, jednego artykułu w języku rosyjskim, glosy oraz przeglądu orzecznictwa.
