THE LEGAL STATUS OF A PERSON WHO POSES A THREAT TO THE NATIONAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
This article examines problems of legal status for “a person who poses a threat to national security of Ukraine” as a modern legal reality. This legal category is introduced by modern Ukrainian laws of counteracting aggression. However, the lack of system approach and gaps in the law create conditions for the violation of human rights. In this case, it is necessary to improve the provisions of the law – determine the criteria and conditions for restrictions, clarify the competence of state authorities.
