THE LEGISLATIVE ENVIRONMENT OF TAX INCENTIVES FOR INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of tax regulation of innovation activity. The problem of state support of innovative activity in Ukraine and the need for improvements in the methods of state regulation, including legislative support for the stimulation of the activity of innovative enterprises was considered. The analysis of the Ukrainian legislation on stimulation of innovative development of the country is carried out. Analyzed and summarized the application of regulatory legal acts in the field of innovation. The main measures of the tax legislation from the side of preferential taxation of innovation activity and special taxation regimes in the sphere of innovations are considered.
