THE LEGISLATIVE PROCEDURE IN THE LEGISLATIVE CHAMBER OF OLIY MAJLIS OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
The subject of the article is to present the legislative process in the Chamber of the Legislative Olij Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Article is based primarily on numerous legislative acts. °e work has included the issue of right of legislative initiative. Mode consideration of a bill in three readings. Consider the bill rejected by the Senate, including the institution of a conciliation commission. Finally, the question of the veto of the President of Uzbekistan to the Act.<br/><br/>
