The long road to a higher generation leadership

Abstract
What leadership conclusions are drawn from crises? A crisis is they fundamental habitat for leaders. When all goes well, merely straightforward administration will suffice. Only when “the boat is rocking”do organizations need something more. Leadership has many names. There is no such thingas weak leadership. However, leadership of the highest quality is a key factor in crises. In practice,it means the possibility of transforming risks into opportunities and significantly strengtheningthe company and its market position. Leadership starts by making changes in the social sphere, reinforcing and creating a really effective business. However, in many difficult situations, the olddilemma of Machiavelli returns: “Who has the virtue to tell people what to do, considering the corruptionthat has taken place thus far?”. A democracy (company) will not save itself. An enlightened autocrat would be needed, that is - in a democratic system - a strategist blessed with charisma andauthority. But the drama of democratic governance lies in the fact that heads of companies are heldhostage by shareholders, bars and indicators. Not all employees have confidence in their employersand when there is a “better external alternative” they leave their posts without regret, because theywant to earn more and they are not willing to pay for the changes. Nowadays nobody wants toincur the cost of the necessary reforms of a country, let alone a small, miserable business.
