The main directions of the harmonization of intellectual property law of the Czech Republic with the European Union legislation

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the mechanism of harmonization of the legislation of the Czech Republic with the legislation of the European Union, it is concluded that the main instrument of such harmonization in the field of intellectual property law are EU directives, which contain flexible mechanisms for harmonizing the provisions of national law with supranational law. Through the instruments of European intellectual property law this mechanism is deepened, as well as through the human rights mechanism of the European Court of Justice.
