THE MAIN ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF COMPULSORY STATE HEALTH INSURANCE

Abstract
Problem setting. In the current legislation, the definition of design "government health insurance" is not enough. To the state the task of constructing such a system of social protection, which could quickly and accurately to improve the lives of disadvantaged population groups, without simultaneously limiting influence on the development of the economy. Article’s main body. The essential features of health insurance is that it is a form of social insurance, which enables the realization of citizens ' constitutional right to health protection. The subjects of obligatory state social insurance are the insured, the insured’s, insurers and health care providers. Obligatory state social insurance provides material support of the cost of providing the required amount of medical services. Obligatory state social insurance is provided through targeted use of funds health insurance Fund, which are formed by payment of compulsory insurance contributions, and income from other sources provided by law. Conclusions and prospects for the development. State health insurance is regulated by law relations between insured persons, policyholders, insurers and health care providers, with the aim of realization of citizens ' constitutional rights to health care, provide material support of the cost of providing the necessary amount of medical services through targeted use of funds health insurance Fund, which are formed by payment of compulsory insurance contributions, and income from other sources provided by law.
