THE MAIN POINT AND PRECONDITIONS OF CORPORATE ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFORMATIONS

Abstract

The article is devoted to studying of the essence and importance of the organizational transformations, which plays a prominent role in the development of corporation. It is shown that the economists haven’t got the common opinion about the interpretation of «organizational transformations». There are different approaches to the understanding of the corporate organizational transformations.
