THE MANAGEMENT OF THE JOINT-STOCK COMPANY SUSTAINABILITY CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZING AND THE TRANSITION BETWEEN THE ZONES OF ECONOMIC SECURITY JUSTIFICATION

Abstract
The peculiarities of the formation and practical implementation of the managing mechanism for the corporate development sustainability are determined. The advantages of this mechanism are determined by taking into account a big amount of specific problems which connected to the requirement to harmonize the interests of many corporate rights owners within the join-stock company strategic course. The principles of architectural modeling of complex systems are used as the basis of company sustainability development achieving. With the help of these principles, the transition between the zones of economic security of the economic partnership as a result of the corporate control transformation is reflected. The corporate development sustainability management and the economic security support are presented through the implementation of countermeasures practices. These practices are associated with the relevant stakeholders within the framework of an economic partnership architectural model.
