THE MEANING OF THE ABSURD AND ORDER IN CHAOS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE INFORMATIONAL SPACE OF SOCIETY

Abstract
The article is deals with the analysis of the interrelation of the concepts of chaos and order, as the formal side of the informational flow in social media, and meaningfulness and absurdity as its content side. It is noted that as chaos and order, so as meaningfulness / absurdity are to one degree or another present in every person’s life, with alternate domination, as in every society. It is shown that the chaotic presentation of information during the clip of its submission is quite naturally combined with the absurd preposterousness of its meaning, since both characteristics of the information: formal and meaningful – mean that it is deprived of as the clarity, logic and structuality of the presentation, so as the adequacy of perception and understanding. It is stated that clip chaoticness and meaningful absurdity of information are dictated by a quite rational purpose – the manipulation of individual and social consciousness, thus chaoticness is perceived as relevant orderliness and the absurdity of the combination of clips – as hidden-meaningful. It was discovered that to perceive chaotic, in the form of discrete clips, sometimes quite absurd information, as organized and meaningful, conformism induces a person (due to the normative and informational influence of society) and the initial moral blindness (conscious or not) of a person; that in society and the universe a constant transition from order to chaos and from meaning to absurdity happens, and vice versa, and their degree happens differently. It is noted that the problem is not the initial chaoticness of the clip format of information submission: at this stage of informing chaos can be considered only the beginning, the potential opportunity to regulate the fragments of information, creating a subjectively meaningful its integrity. The real crisis in the perception and understanding of information becomes in the situation of multiple chaoticness of clip information when: 1) or there are so much clips that they “overlay” each other (especially if they are similar in content or form); 2) or the original video clips are further divided into several smaller format with the appropriate “fragmentation” of information. In such a way the chaotic form is combined with the absurdity of the content of the received information: such informational chaos an individual is incapable to regularize and detect in it hidden or real meaning. An analogy between the organization and the consequences of information influence in society and understanding of the phenomenon of dissipative systems by I.Prygozhin, their ability to self-organization, the emergence of order from chaos and meaning from the absurd is made. It is concluded that in the context of the informational space of society, order and chaos concern to the formal, and meaningfulness and absurdity – to the content of the broadcast of information, and the clip chaoticness of its submission is connected with the absurdization of its meaning, while the ordered information is perceived as meaningful and substantial. Both pairs of opposites are not absolute (dichotomous): as chaos assume (implicitly contains) the ability to ordering, so as absurd – the possibility of comprehension, and the extreme expressions (manifestations) of these phenomena can lead to their transformation to the opposite (the reverse state).
