The mechanism of defining competency evaluation of professionals in innovative enterprises

Abstract
The article is devoted to improvement of motivation methods on an innovative enterprise basing on defining competency evaluation. General approaches towards evaluation of professionals on an innovative enterprise were analysed. The necessity to develop the mechanism of competency evaluation of professionals involved in an innovative activity was defined. The article proposes the mechanism of calculation of competency evaluation basing on the advanced expert analysis, which allows to analyse professional characteristics of employees.
